- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady the takes care of the business acct part is very rude. Doesn't like to do her job. Told us we needed two forms of I.d. then argued with us saying we didn't have two forms of i.d.BC our debit card wasn't in yet. (My husband said the hell i dont. ) Glad she knew we had another bank acct that has been open for years and we had our debit card from that bank. She obviously didn't want to do her job. Which was only taking a signature. So she continued to tell us she would close our account BC my husband said " the hell I don't " when she said we didn't have two forms of I.d. So I contacted corporate. Next will be the BBB. I wouldn't do business with these people if they paid me to.By Mary Weatherholt, February 23, 2017
